Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director who is famous for his role as the lead of Birdman. Michael Keaton plays an actor with many talents. His professional career has seen him has played a number of roles in romantic scenes and appeared in action thrillers. As a teenager, he developed an interest in performing and acting. He then tried comedy stand-up as a teenager. The comedy venture was not successful, though it was the beginning of his acting career. In order to be successful as a comedian and performer, he was hired working as a cameraman for a local cable television station. While working at the station, it was when he came to the realization that he actually wanted to be in front of the camera. After landing a role in a television show, he appeared on numerous shows on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was naturally gifted and quickly became a household name on television. Following the success of his movie career, his funny appearances brought him plenty of attention. The actor gained further recognition for his portrayal of the famous Batman as Tim Burton's Batman. In time he grew up acting as an actor and started producing and directing films. He was awarded numerous nominations and awards for his role in the 2014 film Birdman.
